Watermelon Sorbet with Grand Marnier and Cracked Pepper

Ingredients:
Fresh watermelon
Sugar
Water
Lemon
Grand Marnier
Egg whites


Procedure:
Puree watermelon with sugar water & strain
Test sugar content with floating egg
Fold in egg whites
Add a splash of Grand Marnier and a squeeze of lemon
Freeze in gelato machine
Serve with cracked pepper
